Is the student housing at Malad House furnished?

Yes. The Malad House provides fully furnished, move-in-ready rooms. We provide the essential furniture—including beds , desks and chest of drawers, —so students can avoid the hassle and expense of moving heavy items.

How long has The Malad House been in business?

We have been serving the Boise student community since 2013. With over a decade of experience as local owners, we provide a trusted, reliable, and well-managed residence specifically tailored for male students

Is there on-site parking for residents?

Yes. The Malad House offers dedicated on-site parking for residents. Additionally, because we are situated on a large corner lot, there is ample free street parking available.

Is the house near the Boise State shuttle or bus lines?

Yes. The Malad House is conveniently located near Valley Regional Transit (VRT) stops (only 1.5 blocks away), providing easy access to the free shuttle for anyone with a Boise State ID.
